Default Surface rust

Have some surface rust on the rear end as I'm sure others do as well. What did you do to remove it and prevent more rust?

Some will wire wheel everything underneath and repaint or undercoat while others will just use a rust converting paint to make everything black. I guess it all depends on how much time you want to spend under there to make everything look pretty!

i just hit it with a wire brush to get the majority of rust off. then just use some type of undercoat spray.

Nice, sounds like a plan. Was thinking the same. Instead though, I think I'll just use the touch up spray and repaint it.
