Ok so within the last week I have opened my sub roof twice and both times when going to close it I press the button and it begins to shut but as it gets to the wind deflector it causes the sun roof to pop back open. I have to try and close it 5 or 6more times before OT finally closes. I'm worried about opening it incase I can't close it with all this rain we are having down here in fl. Please help with any thoughts or ideas and if this has happened to anyone else. I searched around but just found lots of threads on leaky roofs.

Don't know if this is much help, but the same thing happened to mine about a year ago. It went on for about a month and then went away. Hasn't come back. 2006 H3.

 

Have you tryed resetting it? That might fix it.
