hey guys...i need some suggestions for new rims and tires for my h3...any ideas what would look good?

 

what kind of look are you going for? are you going to use it on the street, or take it offroad? if you're going to use it offroad, i'd recommend Toyo M/Ts (if you can find anyone that has them in stock), Cooper STT or BFG M/Ts. all have an agressive tread and do well off road at full pressure, or down around 20 lbs. if you're looking for good street tires, but still with the ability to go offroad if necessary, the BFG A/T is a really good option. if you're looking for something for street only, i'm sure someone else will step up to help.

as for rims, well, i went with black steel rims, so you probably don't want my advice there. easier to bang back into shape if crunched by a rock, and if they can't be fixed, a new one is less than $100, unlike a bling rim that would start at around $300 to replace.

 

Yeah i want everything ready for offroading. I like the aggressive look. I was thinking about black rims. My truck is white so, i don't know. I'll look into the tires. Thanks

 

these are Toyo M/Ts on black rims. you can copy and edit the photo to make it white to give you some idea of what black rims might look like on your rig. if you can find them, i think the Toyos are the best tire available.
