Steering stabilizer removal '08?
I am having major issues getting my steering stabilizer out of the tie rod centerlink so I can replace it with my new Rancho stabilizer. I've used a countless amount of tools, nailed it with PB Blaster, etc. WILL NOT BUDGE! Supposed to be a 15 minute installation and it's taken me days. I'm almost to the point of taking it to my chevrolet dealership and telling them to yank this sh*t off!! Is there anything I'm not doing correctly to get this out? From what I understand, all I have to do is pull the stabilizer from the tie rod, I've disconnected everything else. Never ceases to amaze me how NOTHING goes on correctly with this truck.
