Unless there is something wrong with the Rancho unit, why replace it?

There are other steering upgrades where that money would be better spent.

My stock stabilizer was a bitch to get off and was rusted & in bad shape. I have 24's on mine & KNEW I needed to do something.... I still need to update/upgrade my suspension but we'll get to that. I installed a Rancho Stabilizer and felt a good change.. Especially in corners going over uneven pavement & what not... SO, I say upgrade bushings, ball joints, suspension if you haven't done so already, and start to push the hummer in corners & pay attention to how the steering wheel reacts, how much play you have going outside to inside to outside in corners, etc... I ride/race motorcycles so I use some of the things I've learned on the track in every day driving... I know the H2 isn't a racing vehicle but I have out cornered a BMW in a long sweeping highway exit before with my Scorpion tires and a VERY CLOSE relationship with my H2... My girl says "TOO CLOSE"!!! But that again is for another thread! HAHAHA
ALSO, your tires have a LOT TO DO with how your H2 will react.

Thank you 4U2NV for the head's up My H2 is loaded as well I bought mines new in 2003 the first year of production when I saw the truck I just had to have one with the options the aventure series with air suspension the only upgrades I did was the 20inch/9 rims with 325/60 nitto all terrain grapplers tires I did'nt want to go to extreme and compromise the ride of the truck my truck only have 18,000 miles on it so everything in the front end is still tight so I just put the rancho stabilizer to compensate the bigger tires I put on the truck I recently order a double fabtech stabilizer to install I will let you know how it feel on the truck you probably wondering why my mileage is low I only drive the truck on trips and besides I own a chrysler 300C SRT 2006 which I bought new as well and it only have 7,000 miles on it I usually drive my hoopdie around town and to work because the roads are so terrible you basically can't enjoy your ride until you go out of town were the roads are better.

Thanks for the post Mac. I'm about to pull the trigger on suspension. Thought about Rancho 9000's? BUT, I heard that Rancho is the company that also makes our stock shocks... HHMMM.... Mine's an '06 H2 SUT. Does anyone have any feedback? Need to know soon. It's my X-Mas gift to myself. My girl doesn't know it yet though! LMAO

OK, couldn't find a match up & STILL can't make up my mind on suspension.. SOOO, I ordered a set of Clear SPYDER Cab Lenses along with an Airaid tube to match up with my drop in filter. Didn't go with a full intake system but this should help.
Hey, the crank pulley wheel, have the part number somewhere.... Installing a smaller one with a shorter belt should less'n the strain on the engine with the same amount of output correct? I got this idea and older mustangs an such do this.... Do you have any feedback??
