Steering rack leak
hello all
i noticed some fluid on the ground the other day and when I was able to get under the h3 I noticed this.
The leak seems to be coming from the passenger side rack near the boot clamp.
Has anyone experienced this, and how would I know what to fix and if it is a gasket or the entire rack needs to be replaced?

You can pinpoint leak locations by first cleaning everything, then go for a short ride and re-inspect.
Take the front skid plate off, pray with a degreaser (I like Simple Green), let it sit for 5 minutes, then power wash/spray wash the area, let it dry, then go for a spin.
