Hey guys,
Well it turns out my number 8 cylinder wall was cracked on my truck so I have started the swap. I got my hands on a new ( and updated 6.5) but need some parts. Before I pay retail I thought I would see if any of y'all have some lightly used or NOS stuff sitting around you are looking to sell. So far it looks like I need

Aluminum Radiator
Starter brace for gear reduction starter
Gear reduction 12volt starter
New ds4 injection pump and injectors
Fan clutch for serpentine belt
A.c. compressor for serpentine belt
A.c. lines
A.c. condensor and trans cooler
A.c. dryer
12 volt glow plugs
Crankshaft pulley for serpentine belt
Crankcase depressurization valve
Exhaust v band clamp
Starter bolts

wow what a cool rig,post pics as you go

 

I brought the radiator outside to get a better picture. This may be part of the reason my engine would run hot I guess those of us that have been submerged may need to check it every so often.[IMG][/IMG]

 

That rad needs a really good clean
This would be a great build thread, if you post your progress and steps involved in the swap. Probably very useful for others who would like to attempt this.
