Spoted today at the gas station is it a new hummer or ??

Looks like a hummer but slightly different front end.

What is that ?

No, can't buy one. Also doubt the civilian version would be armored and having a rotating gun mount and hatch.

The driver and the passenger defiantly didn't look like army personal they looked more like 2 old guys going fishing
