Default Speedometer calibration?

OK, so I finally got around to ordering some new tires for my little meat wagon... General Grabber AT2's in 295/75QR/16 (oddball size, I know... but I wanted to put the largest tire I could fit safely onto the factory 7.5" wide rim)

Do I just take my truck to the dealership to get them to recalibrate the speedometer? Sorry in advance if this is a dense question [&o]
