I have 315's on my H3, My question is will a 315/75/16 fit on the facory spare tire mount? I know it fits on the rim and the factory black cover will not fit but does it hit the rear door, the local shop is saying it will not fit. I find that hard to believe. thanks

 

it will fit with no problems you'll have about 1/2 inch from it hitting the rear wiper.

 

i think its come up 4000 times in a year. i dont have em but they fit.

Are you really sure they'll fit??

There just doesn't seem to be enough evidence to convince people beyond a shadow of a doubt.

 

It kills me everytime I see a supposed Tire Professional make excuses to not try it. Sounds like they were just too lazy to pick up the wheel and try it on the carrier. It gives us a bad name.

 

Every time I see 315's on a white H3 my heart starts to beat wildly of what mine will look like soon. The Duratracs look so so nice on there.

I am having a 315 put on my spare carrier on thursday, the 315 are the only way to go on an H3 It looks great.
