does anyone has or knows of a person whom is sell a used hummer h2 spare tire latch as mine broke not long ago.

I am having the same problem on my 06 h2 and I haven't done anything to it yet but I was wondering what bolts do you have to loosen up and pics or a digraph????? Thanks

Wow, it's really bad experience to have it during the highway run! Bud did you mention any sign of corrosion or deterioration on this metal latch that broke?

I have never seen only the cable for sale. I'm sure you'd have to buy the entire latch assembly. It would be cheaper to just make your own cable honestly.

I thought of that but I'm not sure the quick release pin.

I'm sure they can be found somewhere. Or maybe you could use a small locking carabiner?
