Just picked up a rear bumper mount spare tire carrier for next to nothing. I have a question... It looks to be complete except if I bolt everything up I have nowhere to put my liscense plate or the lamps for it, is there a bracket or extra piece that I need?

 

On my 06 H2 it appears to be part of the spare tire cover. The cover over the tire is some sort of soft material. In the center of it is a hard plastic area, in the wheel area, it is where the license plate & light go. Never had a reason to take it off so not 100% sure.

 

My 03 has a flat metal lic plate bracket that sandwiches between the bumper and the left rear tow hook. I might have a spare tire lic plate mount if you need one.

 

you can have the soft tire cover with the plastic license plate holder, or like mine you can have the plastic holder on the tire itself....ebay has a few holders on there...just do a search
