No doubt its an advertisment from someone that dont really know what this site is all about but at the same time the content in the post is something that some of our members would enjoy and it adds content to the site. So I say yes it is spam but at the same time its spam that our members might enjoy.

 

Yeah, that's kinda how I saw it too..really no harm done.
