Sourcing Interior Trim Parts. Anythign Aftermarket!
My drivers side vent "Upper Trim" Part #10358031 been busted for ages every place I look they seem to show "in stock" call and they be out of stock discontinued. Any aftermarket sources or anyone have a stash of them on a shelf?
There's quite a few on Ebay but you're going to pay upwards of $300 for the part. I doubt any dealer will have that piece anymore. This was only an H2 specific part and like the other interior parts the stocks have dried up.
Here's one for $75 but in wood burl, just paint it and save some money.

I just got my first H2 (2003) a few weeks ago. So far what I've found is that there is not much in the way of new H2 specific parts around. However there seems to be no shortage of H2's ending up in the junkyards and there are plenty of parts in that respect. Unfortunately the prices are often very very high and the condition of the parts are often not much better than what you already have.
That dash trim part that LoJac linked is not too bad of a price I dont think and the wood burl is just stuck onto it. Whether it can be very carefully pried off without any damage to the underlying surface is hard to tell though. Those bits are generally attached with a very thin 3M VHB (very high bond) foam tape. Usually VHB tapes and their leftover adhesive can be removed cleanly as long as you can get the piece itself off. We do it all the time with vehicle emblems at my sign shop. On that though - I'd probably try heating it with a hair dryer a bit and then maybe use some thin thread based (Spider) fishing line to saw through the foam tape. Once that's done use Goo Gone (generally safe on plastics) and an old credit card or other plastic scraper to get the rest of the foam and adhesive off.
On mine I want to replace the passenger side sun visor. The mounting bits are damaged from removing it. I can say this - the sunvisors on these are an extremely infuriating to remove. The design is flat out stupid. Every other vehicle (including GM) they just have a few screws around the mount. On the H2 they decided to do this ungodly stupid push up while inserting something flat, turn, pray, push harder, turn more, pray more, push, pull rotate monstrosity of a mount.
