Got in the HUMMER this morning and some my favorite XM channel was gone & they are saying Sirius radio at the breaks??

 

Which channel? The few XM stations I listen to haven't changed. However, one of my favorite stations has been off the air for months now. I called and complained thinking they'd lower my monthly rate... didn't happen.

 

They switched the radio line up last night, they merged some of the XM and Sirius stations last night.

Yea, they replacedX-Country ch 12, which really pisses me off. Don'tlike the new one nearly as much.

 

Yep, same dilemma here!! Liked the 46 & 49 classic rock stations just the way they were!!Guess we will have to get over it. Where else are we going to go?? Damn monopoly's

 

Mel fired 80 people at XM then replaced a number of channels in the xm lineup with channels they're piping in from sirius. They insist that the "similar" channels which replaced the xm ones were comparable, but I beg to differ.

I too was really surprised that they moved things around.
I cursed up a storm too, probably words you haven't heard before
Now before any of you guys laugh at me, I use to listen to Ch. 77 which was New Age music.
They now have Spa (New Age) but it is different.
They have multiple channels of every kind of music and only one New Age channel
I sent them an e-mail with my angered, but polite complaint and i received
the typical corporate response, which is no response at all.
That is my two cents worth!! I'm done venting now.
