Default So I cranked the Torsion Bars and....

I cranked them about 2.25 turns and it only gave me about .5". I think I'd rather put it back to stock than pay for an alignment for .5" and the added stress on the front suspension components...
Why is it that some trucks will level out with 2 turns and others gain almost nothing with about the same???

should just replace the two keys with new one and the alignment is on about $70.

Did you have the front end off the ground while you cranked it?

I cranked mine 3 turns last week and got 1 5/8". Much stiffer but I prefer it as stock is to soft. Have not gotten alignment yet. Much more agressive look.
took about 10 minutes and I did not jack front as not necessary.
