I've been looking for an H2 to replace an aging Explorer. One consideration is plowing my driveway. I own a Snowbear "personal snow plow". It's a lightweight plot, manual adjust - definitely not for professional use but I have 1200' of driveway.

So - they don't make a specific mount for an H2. But the front end of the H2 is lifted from the 2500 Series GM pickup, but there are cutoff dates as to which mount fits which truck. There is the 1999-2000, the 2001-2004, and the 2005 on.

Which leads me to the question: which front end is in the H2? I'm looking for a 2003 H2. That would dictate the 2001-2004 but you never know if GM didn't put the older setup in the H2.

There are 2 companies that make a specific light use plow for an H2, google it. Dont remember their names. You might find them on youtube. I know i saw videos of them.

If I didn't have my tractor... I'd buy it for my wife's H2...
