Default Snow Pics (HUGE STORM!!!)

Our Biggest storm of the year! It's all the news is talking about!!!

A whopping 1.5 inches!! Traffic is snarled everywhere!!!

/end sarcasm.

We finally got a little snow lastnight. I had to go get some shots of the 3 in the snow.. or dusting .. or whatever... Anyway.. don't laugh at the weak pics.. lol I just bought a new camera and wanted to test it out. I don't know how to work it, but the "auto settings" seem to work ok.. lol

It might be... the pics were taken during the worst part of the snow.. it was as if you could almost see the snow falling.. Truely unbelievable.

Normally we see about 16 inches a year.. What we got lastnight has been it for the year.. 2 years ago.. we had 24 inches in 18 hours.. Now THAT was fun, but I didn't have the H3 then..

That first pic with the "family Dollar" sign is quite nicely set up IMO. The street lights, snow, lower angle, and marker lights make this a great pic. Enjoy the snow!

I am out in Cheyenne and about 2 month ago we got about 9-12 inches of the white stuff but with the wind we ended up with 3-6 foot snow drifts I took the H3 thought 3-4 footdrifts and I'll tell ya the H3 is a bear... I drove around for a couple of hours trying to get stuck and I couldn't.
