Part is discontinued and GM stopped including service ports during production many years ago. Here's some options to smoke test. Buy the kits professionals use (around $100 each). Try the tube available on amazon(may have to move the purge valve to fit and test, then reinstall the old tube after testing). Used one on eBay (missing cap) use for smoke test, then reinstall the old tube. All but the redline kit below requires service port adapter to smoke test.
