I have a 06 H3 and was having that same problem. I finally did a quick and easy pressure test on my radiator. Within 10 seconds I saw antifreeze coming from a 4 inch crack on the top of the radiator. You could never see the leak so it must have been misting out.

 

Just put a new radiator in my 06 not more than 6 months ago. Even after the cracked radiator was replaced, I still smell antifreeze after driving it, no wet spots on the ground.
