is there a way to turn off those ASK.COM and other assorted popups every time i roll across a word in blue? they're a royal pain in the a$$.[:@]

there was an ad for a google toolbar pop up blocker beneath this post. will that stop these stupid things? oh wait, i already have that and IT DOESN'T WORK!
