Nice rig DrCarver. I have a buddy at work with a black H3. Clean black H3's are way cool.I really like your rims. X-lined?? Been thinking about doin mine this spring. Just about all blacked out on mine. What part of Ill. you from ?

 

I had them powder coatedthrough D&D Hummer (Pretty good people to deal with). I'm really happy with the way they turned out! I'm from Peoria, but currently live in Davenport. I think I've seen your ride around town!

 

Wow small world. How much did D&D charge. I didnt know they powercoated out there. I wonder if they just sent them out. And yea,, top notch service out there. Man Im allways on the lookout for fellow H3ers around town. Surprised I havent seen ya. Maybe this spring we can get together for a show and shine at Van deveer park. I call my buddy up, I know he would go bonkers seeing another black 3...

 

They sent them to their powder coater in St. Louis. They really do great work! They charged me $600 for 5 wheels and 5 centercaps painted to match including mounting, balancing, and all that stuff. The best part was I got to use my wheels while they sent a set of theirs out, then I swapped my wheels for the new ones. I just got them put on a week ago so they're still pretty new. I have to go back on Friday to have my comp. set to the new tire size.[&:]
