I leveled mine with the oem shocks on it, and then ended up replacing them with the pro comps and it made a big difference. they are well worth the money and then some

Sounds like good news. I can add them for oem settings or leveled too right? And do the es9000 come with rubber boots? Or are some of you using different ones?

Yes they will work for stock setting. No they do not come with boots. This way you get to customize the color how ever you like

Shocks themselves do not lift. (unless they are some type of coil over) The Bilsteins if you decide to go that route will work at stock torsion settings or turned up to 23 1/2 with or without the 1/2 longer bumpstops you refer to which are the yellow rubber pieces, are really progressive springs.
If you do lift, to eliminate some nose dive when braking the extended ones help.

Yes i am aware shocks don't lift, just they are long enough for 2-3 inches of lift i believe is what it means. But i am going to put them on at stock settings and then later maybe level it.
The bumps stops i have are good for leaving it the same but if i do level it i will have to get the other ones anyway.
