Any advice for this before I make appointment to the dealership?

I checked and cleaned the fuse
I pulled the fuse and started up the truck and the airbag light just remained on
I put fuse back in and started up truck, light flashed a few times and went off, then came back on
I squeezed as many connectors under the seat as I could see
I moved the chairs forwards and back a few times
I tried to pull some codes and nothing returned

I did see a video that someone said the connectors under the seat can get corroded and a blast fo WD40 would help - I have not done this

Any suggestions?
If I have to drive to dealer, should I pull the fuse before I go to ensure this doesn't deploy while driving 80 MPH on the highway to the dealer?

Does anyone know what to expect on the cost? $200....$8000?????

 

If the air bag light is on they will not deploy. You need to get it scanned for codes.

 

Mine ended up being the driver side front sensor body cracked, and let moisture in.

Yours could be something simple like that as well, but you with need someone with a Tech2 tool to scan it, or visit the dealer to find the cause.
