The code warning lights eventually stayed on all the time along with the engine light as well so had to go to the dealership to get checked.
Well after two hours they call and say they cant find the problem. I go on this site copy paste a fewnotes on the T Case Shift actuator and head over.
By the trime I got there they had it figured out.

$203. to tell me they dont have the parts in stock and have to order them:

Some type harness, T case Shift Actuator, then cam solnoid and a vent valve for the check engine light. They say for the parts and labor it will be $1300 would you like us to order them for you sir? wow!
$1500 bucks to hopefully correct the problem!
I certainly hope this is the fix!

 

You can buy an actuator online for $350 and put it on yourself. This will likely fix the problem. I'd do that before replacing any of the other items you listed, unless they were separate DIC codes.
To help prevent the actuator from going bad down the road, be sure to shift through the 4WD settings on the dash several times a month, even during summer.

 

The cam solnoid and a vent valve are apparently to resolve the check engine light.
Harness - dont know.
