I own a 03 H3 base and have a chance to get leather seats heated and power. does anyone know if the base model would have the wiring harness for the power seats? Have been calling dealer but they aren't much help. you would think that thewould use the same harness and instead and still have the plug in it for the power seat.

 

I'm sorry I don't know the answer, but, where are you getting the seats from? I recently fell in love with the Sedona leather that comes in the H2 and I'd love to buy all new Sedona seats for my H3 if that's even possible.

 

It wasn't under the seat for mine. I had to add a power wire. The seat mounts are pretty odd and stretched out. I had some Grand Cherokee seats and modified the brackets to fit, but it was too week to be safe. If i could have found the rails off another H3 seat (or used my originals) i could have made it work, but i never could find any (or the part number for them). So i decided to look for some original H3 leather seats. Those are pretty hard to find and expensive, so i bought an H2 instead. The cloth seats in the H3 in my opinion are bummer. They hurt my legs because they sit too low and there is no adjustment to move them higher like in the power seats. Keep looking, sometimes they come up on ebay.
