Been after this repair for 6 months or more.

Front seat heaters and drivers seat controls were out.

I went to the fuse panel right above your left foot. Pulled the bottom left plug (brownish) and the center pin was burned and melted.

I have a bad habit of using this whole assembly as another brace while I drive, so I think I caused it. Anyway, after I pulled the female pin and cleaned it, reassembled and now all works again. I also re-taped that wire harness where it goes into the floor. I think it could also have been grounding out there too.

The pic attached is not mine but it is the lower plug that had the issue.
