I know this is a repost probably, but I got hosed by them before also, forgetting to replace my heat sheild bolts, loosing them, and not telling me until it was almost ready to fall off my H3.

Obviously as a company, they could give a crap about their customers if they are allowing this to happen. Nice quality control.

I never understood why anyone would bring their vehicle to ANY of the "fast" oil change places, to important of a thing to trust to minimun wage employees.
