Nowi know why GM does not sell the hood blanket i should be recieving my 4th one Monday they are crap so far i had my third one shipped yesterday damage again cheapper then cardboard.So you know the 4th one will be too .[:@][:@][:@][:@][:@][:@][:@]

I just got mine and it too is damaged. Frankly it doesn't look like it was damaged in shipping, but in the handling or packaging end. A shame, because it would look good........

Mine came from the dealer. It looks great, fits perfect, and works. Sounds like everyone is having bad luck. Maybe they are not GM blankets. No BS the one I have is nice.

Actually it appears to be a GM part. It also appears as if the vendor may have bought up some "seconds"- kind of like the clothing outlets, but is not advertizing them that way (for now I will give the benefit of the doubt to them that they did not know-but the data is starting to look bad for them). Unfortunately we are getting what the vendor paid for, but hopefully they will stand behind their policy and refund our money. I am not interested in getting an exchange since Dilo200gt seems to be getting multiple damaged goods. I also am unwilling to let the vendor claim the item was damaged in transit since the type of damage is not consistent with the condition of the box it was shipped in to me.

They areall from GM but they are making their money anyways. They do refund us but UPS is buying them all up so they are getting rid of a very poorly made prouduct. UPS INSURANCE.
