Was getting dark and running out of time so I just tucked truck side up undrer the bumper panel for now. I am going look and see if the air ride harness is separate from the chassis harness and remove it. The other side of plugs are still on the ****pressor.

ok cool.

If you do find that it is separate, I could use the truck side harness.

I am considering trying to piece together the stock compressor system BUT for use as an on board air system only. I have the air hose, compressor, and bolts, I just need the connectors from the truck side so I can connect it to the compressor by running a separate power circuit from a 12 volt source, then ground it and run the final wiring to the switch.

rear air suspension

I just removed the rear air suspension on my 2007 H2 SUT, and replaced it with the coil springs, was pretty straight forward and took about three hours to complete, was able to still use the air compressors with the rear air service port in the bed with a few modifications, am very happy with the conversion.

Thats what I was going to do as a mod on my 07. I just wanted the on board compressor for the air unit in back only. I got the compressor by itself, got the air connector and lines now I just need the 16 pin connector on the truck side so I can run power to the unit through the switch ( from a near by relay of course).
