Default rotopax tailgate mount feeler

just wondering if anybody would be interested in a bracket to mount rotopax beside the tire on the rear gate. I’m currently making one for mine, but if I could get it laser cut now that I have a template, for a reasonable price, could be something I could get done.
Let me know what you guys think

Looks good but the obvious question is....How much? A couple more pics including the bracket itself would be helpful. Thanks

I can post up pics soon. It mounts to the spare tire carrier, made of 3/16” steel, will be powder coated. Not sure on pricing yet, thinking ballpark between 150-200.00. Have to price out the cost of a cad design.

Looks awful close to the door handle. I assume??? it would be reversible to flip the other way for most people without a ladder and to keep the weight closer to the hinges.

That design wouldn’t be reversible, unless I offered it either without holes for mounting or drilled them for a revesable option, the mounting holes for the carrier have different offsets, so the carrier can only be installed in one direction. Best bet would be to reverse the design, thereby the cans would sit at the same height. The cans sit below the door handle with no interference. I did notch the bracket for clearance, at the handle, you can see it in the last pic
The weight of two 2 gal cans is under 30lbs, which I don’t think will pose a problem for the hinges.

A few suggestions for improvements if you get to the point where you're having it laser cut. Let me know if you'd rather I delete this message, I will no problem.

See picture for reference. I don't think you're getting much from the 4th attachment, in terms of strength, but you are making it harder to nest these so that's a material waste. I'd probably remove the upper corner area. Instead, do you have room to put a flange, even a small one, across the bottom? Not sure if the tire mounted or rotopak would contact it. Is it possible to push the lower edge down (at green arrow) to get more material between those mounting points? Add generous radii in the corners where possible. Make the bottom hole just a hole, make the top hole a vertical slot (blue line), and the other bottom hole an oversized hole (blue ellipse) to help with variation of the part you're mating to.
