ran mine up the pillar in the front and out the light. the remaining wire runs the rail until it gets to the rack. im sure you could do any light the same way.

a relay is going to be the best way to power it. pretty simple to hook up if you buy the whole thing together, plus there are plenty of schematics for relays online to look at while doing them.

if i didnt have a rack, id make something to clamp on the stock tubes to hold it. no drilling through them or something like that. I am a "convert it back to stock" type of guy so no cutting, drilling, or anything takes place usually unless it is the lift or something.

I actually did the install yesterday. Really easy to run the wires in the H2.

Took Diesel's advice and used the superstrut. Because of the way the sunroof bows out I had to use some other superstrut to raise it up a few inches so the bar didnt rest on the glass. Then I just painted it with bedliner. The superstrut is mounted inside the roof rail with a simple nut and fender washer. It can be slid along the railing just by loosening/tightening the bolt.

For what it's worth, i used a pair of brackets (look like heavy duty shelf brackets and mounted my Lightbar directly on the front of an OEM luggage bar. Looks great, and has cut the wind noise down dramatically (i had mickey mouse spot lights before). Word of caution, if you bought a somewhat cheaper bar from the bay or on the net, it might have come with some flimsy brackets (i'd avoid these- i hand one split on me when i put it up originally, and the last thing you want is to be travelling along the highway for one of these to give and for the bar to come lose). I'm assuming Rigid etc provide proper hardware, but i didn't want to spend that kind of cash.
