maybe 15 min if you have to remove a skidplate or if the new dampner needs some TLC to fit in.
its 2 bolts. one on each end. remove bolts, remove old dampner, put new one in and put bolts back in.
i have the Rancho dampner that i put in back in july or so.
cant say i really noticed a difference over the stock one.
