Default replacing driver's door lock actuator

2006 H3: My driver's door lock actuator seems to "freeze" and not work sometimes when it is very cold. This started last winter. All other doors work fine. The key, remote, and manual lock will not let me unlock the door. This past fall, I took the door apart and lubed the cable and any pivot points, but it still seems to freeze in place. After the temps warm up some, the problem goes away.

Any one else have this issue?

Any advice of where to get a low cost door lock actuator?

Any tips for replacing the actuator because it seems pretty tight?

you can get a repair manual from H3 Hummer | Schwarttzy.com (you can download all the files and save it on your computer or usb drive for future reference)

as far as the price, what is the part number? Google that number and check prices.

The part number is 25783753 and so far the cheapest is gmpartsdirect for $121.38.

Thanks for the link. I guess I was hoping for some tips from someone that had to do this before.
