Hi, Has anyone removed there stock muffler and put a stright pipe in its place, if so how much differance in Noise is there and any increase in fuel milage......

I removed my stock & put a flowmaster American thunder cat back system on mine...sounds great not sure on gas milage improvements? Had to cut the old one off...

 

I had to cut mine off too... I went with a B&B. Sounds great, not sure about any MPG improvement

 

i had a flowmaster installed on mine. sounds good, wish i had duals, would sound even better. havent seen any fuel mileage increase.

 

I put a MagnaFlow on mine & it sounds Awesome. Just took a road trip this last weekend & its not as loud as I thought it might be on the highway, but that's a good thing (wife). But, around town it definitely has that sweet sounding growl to it. I don't think it will help any with your gas mileage though! jmo
