Default Removing the fender flares?

How hard is it? Just by looking, it didn't appear to be easy. I was thinking about mocking up some tube fenders (never seen them done)- but wasn't quite sure where to start as far as removal of the front stock flares.

Any suggestions?

Have you pulled the fender liners yet?? Super easy to do; I wouldn't imagine yanking the fenders off at that point would be much more difficult.
I'm pretty interested to see how tube fenders would look. I'm thinking if you're froggy enough to build tube fenders, getting the stock ones out of your way should be a non-issue?
Pics, we need pics of this in work! I have the ultimate set up for a set of tube fenders, I've already replaced my stock bumper with a Jeep stinger that has no ends on it, it stops just under the headlights. Tube fenders would rock!!

I have built a custom hidden winch bumper and tranny skid for the H3, and bolted up several sets of tube fenders on jeeps (including mine), but have never removed the fenders from an H3. Upon first visual inspection, it didn't look easy. Just wondering if there are any road blocks or speed bumps to look out for during the process.
