You can try a fishing line worked behind the emblem. Or try a heat gun/hair dryer or propane torch to heat the adhesive up and then use a plastic pry bar of some kind to work it behind. Once you get the emblem off use Isopropyl Alcohol to loosen the rubber adhesive, and some elbow grease.
There are several other adhesive removers out there, but not worth buying for just 2 emblems.

you can also go to your local parts store and get a 3M eraser wheel and attach it to any drill. It'll take off the left over residue and foam, just be careful not to let it sit in one spot, it can burn and eat threw the paint. Then just go back over it with some mineral spirits or even just quick detail spray and wipe it clean.

Lighter fluid and a rag will take off the sticky residue left after the emblem has been removed.

Try WD-40. It will have to soak a while, but I've used it to remove trim and pinstripes before.

I used the wife's hair dryer and Goo-Bgone to remove the residual adhesive. It worked great.
