So my question is what is the shortest gear setup I can put into my 03 H2
And anyone know where I can get them?

From a quick google search, I'm seeing both 5.13 and 5.38 come up.

Are you only offroading it? Those rpms will be nuts on the interstate, but man you'll climb anything with that amount of low end power!
