does anyone know how much horsepower the stock h3 rearends can handle? I have a built 6.0 with 600hp didn't know how fast that would destroy the rearend.

 

It's about the same as a 10 bolt Chevy. Maybe slightly stronger.
Torque kills diffs.

 

The weak link is the front diff I don't think the aluminum front would handle that kind of power

 

God, I would hope he is just running it with a built trans and no transfer case directly to the rear. Not sure the Tcase could handle that and we know the front differential can't.
Something is going to go BOOM either way.

 

I got a 1000 hp tranny but I was told the transfer case will be fine
