Rear Window

Too bad ...
that the glass doesn't flip up as it did on my Jeep. Came in handy when carrying very long items like 16' 2x4. Anyone thought about a modification to allow this on their H3?

RE: Too bad ...
I was thinking the same. I had a Izuzu Rodeo years ago. It had a frameless rear window with two hinges on top, and a latch on the bottom.. Add a couple of window shocks and it would work...
I know you can get custom tempered glass, but Im not sure about dot approval. Of course, you might be able to use the stock window and drill holes for mounting the hardware.
