REAR clearance lamps help

Anyone ever done this. Ive seen pics of people on here with them. Idk why hummer didnt have the H3's stock with them, but how did you do it? and would you recommend it to someone?

i read the old post,,sometime fishing wires can be helped by using a shop vac to suck a string thru first. tie some plastic or tissue on it. ez to pull thru pipe, maybe other places 2
