whenever i turn my h3 i hear a rattleing noise coming from underneath my truck, my engine light just recently turned on so going to check what it is or if that has anything to do with it, also whenever i do turn it on the rpm drops to the point where its going to turn off,

also it sounds like its coming from my transfer case

 

IT happens about once a day here,someone has a problem when turning. The transfer case gets into hi lock,the tires bind up when turning. If its noisy it might have happened too often and the tc may be damaged.
Something's gotta give.

BTW I had a lockup recently, FIRST TIME, and I got out of it,I have no idea how i got in since the buttons/lights were all ok??

I just recently started to hear this too. sounds and feels like i have a zombie knocking under the floorboard right under my feet. Thing is, I have to be turning and hit a bump to reproduce the noise.
