I'm having a harder time holding conversations at highway speeds with passengers in the back seat. It happens only at certain rpm's but with my newly installed 35" Toyo's the engine is working harder to push the truck at highway speeds and a full load of passengers and luggage. It was very unpleasant during the holiday weekend to experience the loud droning let alone embarrassing.

Should I remove the exhaust or is there exhaust wrap or some sort of dynamat for exhaust pipes?

First you should check to make sure that your exhaust is hanging free on it's mounts and not touching the frame or body. The exhaust can shift after installation or leak if the clamps are not tight enough, so check them too.

If that's not it, you can add a resonator before the muffler. I think Magnaflow makes them and there are many other choices too. Call or email Magnaflow Tech Support, they probably have several recommendations.
