Does the base stereo play mp3 files? I tried to play a disc and got an incorrect format message. I am not sure if the disc was finalized so that may have been the problem. I looked in the manual, although it did not list supported formats and the search on this site for (MP3) turned up nada? Anyone ... ? Thanks in advance.

 

My wife plays CD's I burn for her all the time in her's. You may need to check the kbps the CD is burnt at. I do most of mine at 320kbps. They do fine.
