Default Quick Question...

So I got my '07 H3 w/ Adventure Package about 2 weeks ago. I've noticed that mine likes to sit just slightly to the left and to be quite honest it drives me nuts. When I went back to the dealership I bought it at they had just recieved 2 more '06 H3's and both of them seemed to sit to the left as well. Anyone else have this issue? Or has anyone had this and corrected it some how?

Every time I drive into my garage in my CAR, I notice my H3 (07) leaning to the left.
It has had this stagger since it was new. I'm assuming that the springs in the rear are to blame.
Try looking at the front of your new truck straight on and see if it has the same (now lean to the right) look. Make sure you are parked on level ground.
A garage is a perfect flat area because the slab was poured with my slope.
A parking lot will have a slope every where because of drainage.

Quite honestly, it bothered me too, but I got used to it and i have done nothing about it.
I don't like people to see this lean from behind and think I am a huge fat slob behind the wheel, I'm nothing of the kind.
If you find an inexpensive way to correct this lean, let me know

Hey guys: This topic is so old it came up while the Sphinx was still under construction!

It's called the GM lean. Almost all of them have it because of being strapped down in shipment on rail cars, and set at the factory dry.

You need to adjust the torsion bars up front to take it out. If you have a 1-1/16" socket, and can turn a bolt and read a tape measure, you can do it in 10 minutes or less. Note your dealership must be clueless on prepping an H3 for sale, and likely clueless on how to service one.

Search any one of these thread names and read.
