Question about Tires

Anyone have any insight on Hercules Tires? Do they make the Mickey Thompson brand? If so,are the Hercules Terra Trac models essentially "low end" Mickey's?

Dick Cepek makes Mickey Thompsons, they are one in the same. Cooper I believe is different all together.
