i hear a loud bang when i put the h2 on reverse could that be that recall on the trasmition oil pump or the transmition it self please help

i called the dealer and the girl that i spoke too told me that my h2 doesnt have any recalls

 

I got NO INFO????

But I'll give ya a BUMP!!!
