This puts it in perspective...sort of...

I was perusing a thread on another site regarding Hummer Haters and was led to this little gem on yakon.com:

Chris, Chris, Chris...

I hate to disagree. But Hummers are the devil's mode of transport. They embody all of the the seven deadly sins:

Gluttony — It consumes far more resources than anyone should.

Pride — No other vehicle says "Look at me!" like a Hummer.

Envy — Specifically designed for those who are clearly overcompensating for an anatomical deficiency that has nagged them for decades.

Lust — Why else would it have such a massive back seat?

Rage — Ever meet one head-on on the skinny parts of
Pleasant Street? Scary.

Sloth — They invariably are driven by people who can't seem to park it in one space, and are often all over the narrow roads.

Greed — It's the ultimate token of one's avarice.

It's only a legitimate choice if you are hell-bound in the first place. Scum. That's what Hummer drivers are. Demonic, sickend-souled scum.

Of course, you are entitled to your opinion... Even if its wrong.

This dude is a strong proponent of the Hummer Salute, Hummer Sticker’ing and confrontational “education” of Hummer owners.

All I have to say is: Know thy enemy………..

While I believe in being a responsible citizen AND a Hummer owner, it is zealots like these that contribute to the disassociation of of people, on both sides of the fence.
