Agree with Shortbus, pretty common problem. One of the first things I did to my 06 H2 was tie rods and pitman/idler arm kit. After one off road venture @ about 3,000 miles both went on the truck.

did you got with new OEM or Aftermarket parts??

Go to some other parts place that loans tools and get a pitman arm puller. You need a pitman arm puller that is sized properly. A regular puller won't work since there is not enough room to get hold of the arm with these. You can heat the arm a little bit to help it let go, but be careful not to get it so hot that you damage the seals in the steering box.

I know you have already bought your new parts, but for the future Cognito motorsports make some great steering upgrades for our trucks. pitman arm braces and they have a awesome idler arm.
