Have an 06 H3. Got it used and it came with factory radio with Monsoon system. There is an Ipod wire hook up coming from the passanger side from the back of the radio pannel. Have had no problems with it for about 6 months now. I have to put the radio of XM for the ipod to work. It has just quit working. I can not find the XM option on the band. Is there another way that I can use my ipod thru a different option on the band? Any information is apprecaited.

That's going to be a tough one since the H3 didn't come with the box that is allowing the Ipod interface. Someone installed that aftermarket. Not sure many people on the board have installed one of those. Also there might be a few different manufactures of those just not sure.

 

Good point because there are several different interfaces out there. I installed a PIE from LogJam for my 07 base radio, I don't even think they still make that one.

I can for sure tell you that if you loose power to the interface, it will not show up when you change band modes. Check your connections?
